The second line “Didn’t know you were dating Jesus” states that there is only one partner. Although this is voided if the multiple of Jesus is still Jesus, as it is with moose and sheep. If the above is not the case, then this is indeed incorrect and should read “your boyfriend’s perfect, you say?” in which case the apostrophe creates a conjoined word, i.e. boyfriend is. This would still be correct even if more than one Jesus is referred to as Jesus, unlike the original. I just wanted to make that clear.

“your boyfriends perfect, you say?” implies that there is more than one boyfriend implying that the addressee is in multiple relationships.
